I will agree with all of them. When you can get the product to work, it's fantastic. However, the only way to ensure good results is to use it upside down. It's a little harder that way: both the stamper & paper move as you're trying to stamp. Also the plastic edges continually dig into your fingers when you press down. Just finished trimming 100 pages & my thumbs are a little raw. If you use it the way it was designed, you end up with very uneven results (strangely enough it seemed to work a little better with thinner paper (vs. 24 lb). Also the simplest design (the quarter circle of dots) generated the most problems. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Don't use on anything heavier than regular card stock. My programs were cover stock, which is a little heavier than regular card stock. This was a mistake. The heavier paper warped the die so that it was very hard to punch and very very hard to correctly align. Many of the scallops were ruined. We gave up about 1/5 of the way through and had un-rounded corners for the rest. It worked great on lighter paper, though. I almost have to use both hands, and if I do that the photo wants to move and then the punch wont get centered in the corner. Other than that I like it a lot. |
